The whole price system is on this page. Every rate we charge, what each service is built from, and two real homes worked through end to end, so you can check the number before the form gives it to you.

The form asks you four things and the answers are the price. There is no call-out fee, no travel fee, no weekend rate and no suburb loading.

The smallest home that can be booked comes to $181 a visit fortnightly, built from a weekly base of $160, which is the minimum.
Service one
A home cleaned weekly carries a week of dust and a home cleaned monthly carries a month of it, so each visit is more work. Weekly is the base rate, fortnightly is 1.13 times it and monthly is 1.3 times it. Those two numbers are the whole adjustment. Nothing else is applied to the visit afterwards.
The rates below are the weekly price. Fortnightly is 1.13 times it and monthly is 1.30 times it, and every per-visit price is rounded to the whole dollar before you see it.

A month of dust is more work than a week of it. Weekly is the base rate, fortnightly 1.13 times it, monthly 1.3 times it. The first visit of any plan is 1.35 times whichever of these you pick.
Service two
Sold as hours rather than rooms, so the rates above do not apply. Blocks are team hours, not clock hours: a four hour block might be two cleaners for two hours on site.

Service three
The same component rows as a recurring clean at 1.6 times the rate for the wider scope, then the oven and, if they lived there, the pets. Three questions about the property, only one of which costs anything, and the price is firm from your answers.
Pets are charged once here. The pets component that a recurring clean carries is zeroed on a vacate quote, because a bond clean is charged for what a tenancy left behind rather than for an animal being in the house on the day.

This price is firm for a home in the condition you have described to us. We do not inspect it first and we do not pad the price against what we might find, so if the home differs materially when the team arrives we stop and call you before any extra work starts. You decide then. Nothing extra is ever charged without your say-so, and you can send the team away and pay nothing but the deposit if the two of us cannot agree.
